Return & Refund Policy – Enkaji Afrika

At Enkaji Afrika, all items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, strict return conditions apply.


1. Mandatory Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers must inspect the item at the time of delivery in the presence of the rider
  • Payment confirms the item has been received in good condition
  • Once the order is accepted and the rider leaves, the item is considered fully verified and accepted

2. Condition Confirmation is Final

  • Once a customer confirms the item is in good condition at delivery:
    • The item is considered accepted as-is
    • No return or refund will be issued for damage reported after acceptance, even if reported on the same day
  • This includes:
    • Breakage after delivery
    • Mishandling
    • Incorrect use

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (At Delivery Only)

If there is an issue:

  • It must be identified before accepting the item
  • Customers should refuse the order immediately if:
    • Item is damaged
    • Wrong item is delivered
    • Packaging appears tampered with

Once accepted, these claims will not be considered


4. Exceptional Cases (Strictly Verified)

Enkaji Afrika may, at its sole discretion, review claims made on the same day only if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • There is clear, unedited unboxing video evidence
  • The issue is proven to have existed before delivery

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to strict verification.


5. Invalid Return Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The item was accepted in good condition at delivery
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • Item has been used, altered, or mishandled
  • Claim lacks sufficient proof
  • Customer changes their mind after delivery

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for verified and approved cases
  • Processed via M-Pesa within 24 hours
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

7. Abuse Prevention

To protect against fraudulent claims:

  • Customers with repeated disputes may be:
    • Restricted from Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Required to prepay future orders
  • Enkaji Afrika reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet policy conditions
