2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order
• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
• Payment options include:
  • M-Pesa (Till Number: 9372009 – Enkaji Afrika)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Orders are processed after confirmation of payment or delivery arrangement

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• Customers must be reachable via phone at the time of delivery
• Failure to receive orders may result in restriction from future Cash on Delivery orders

5. Inspection and Acceptance (Important)

• Customers must inspect items at the point of delivery in the presence of the rider
• Payment confirms the item has been received in good condition
• Once accepted and the rider leaves, the order is considered final and verified

6. No Post-Delivery Claims

• No returns or refunds will be issued for damage reported after delivery, even on the same day
• This includes damage caused by:
  • Mishandling
  • Breakage after delivery
  • Incorrect use

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Any issue must be identified before accepting the order
• Customers should refuse the order if:
  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item is delivered
  • The package appears tampered with
• Once accepted, these claims will not be considered

8. Exceptional Cases (Strictly Verified)

• Same-day claims may be reviewed only if:
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • Clear, unedited unboxing video evidence is provided
  • The issue is proven to have existed before delivery
• Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to verification

9. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

10. Product Use

• Customers are responsible for proper use of products
• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or improper handling

11. Limitation of Liability

• Enkaji Afrika is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

12. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to decline or restrict Cash on Delivery orders
• We may require prepayment for future orders
• We may refuse service to customers with repeated failed deliveries or false claims

13. Privacy

Customer information is used only for order processing and service improvement. We do not sell or share personal data except where required by law.
